Our Story

It all started with pancakes.

What began as a simple Saturday morning tradition—mixing up pancakes from fresh-milled flour—quickly became something more. That first bite opened our eyes to what was missing from store-bought flour: flavor, nutrition, and the kind of warmth you can only get when food is made the way it was meant to be.

From there, our kitchen became a place of rediscovery. We tried bread, pasta, crackers, cookies, and more—each time amazed at how different, how alive, everything tasted when made with flour fresh from the grain.

For me, it was also deeply personal. With Italian roots, food has always been about family and tradition. Pasta on Sundays, bread at the table, gathering with the people you love over something simple but special. Milling flour at home connected me back to that heritage in a way I didn’t expect. Suddenly, the pasta wasn’t just pasta—it was a bridge between the old and the new, carrying forward flavors and values I want my family (and yours) to grow up with.

Today, what began with pancakes has become a passion for helping others experience the same joy and nourishment.
