No Refunds
All sales are final. 7 Good Ears LLC does not offer refunds on any products or services once a purchase is completed. By making a purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Exchanges or Store Credit
We do not offer exchanges or store credits either. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or further assistance.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is processed for fulfillment. We are unable to accept cancellations or changes to an order within 24 hours of a scheduled drop or pickup and orders cannot be cancelled after an item has been shipped. Please double-check your order before finalizing the purchase and contact us immediately at hello@7goodearsdotcom if you have an issue with after receiving your order confirmation.
Damaged or Defective Products
